The biggest challenge in this project was adapting the client's program to a terrain with a very steep slope.
To overcome the unevenness of the terrain, geometric volumes were alternated with empty spaces, creating an appearance that disguises the resulting height of the building, as a result of the terrain's slope.
The social hall, located half a foot above the garage, also provides access with fewer flights of stairs.

In the empty space above the social hall, visible from the front facade, an external floor-standing fireplace is installed, with access also to the leisure area.
